| There are several domestic, imported ,soft and hard logs, classified according to quality and production priority in the log yard. They are regularly getting wet with sprinkling system depend on the season conditions.Therefore,it is provided that the logs are still fresh. After steaming in the mature pool,the logs are carried to the slicing machines to become a veneer.There are three types of hi-tech slicing machines that they are one horizantal ,one vertical and two rotary in our facility. |
The slicing machines are choosen what kind of veneer to be derived from it.After slicing process, the veneer takes to the pressed drying unit to dry,clipping machine to be sizing and packaging respectively. We are sorting veneer according to domestic and foreign market requirements at the basis of quality and lenght. Sorted veneers are veiled in the store with holding its humidity and green up to selling time. |
